FOAL NOMINATION PROCEDURES

Listed below are the procedures for nominating your foals for the 2008 and 2009 Las Vegas Shows:

• Each Stallion owner in the 2007 AHBA Stallion auction can nominate one foal sired by the Auction Stallion for each of the 2008 and 2009 Las Vegas Shows.
• The nominated foal will show in either the AHBA Futurity Yearling Colt or AHBA Futurity Yearling Filly class. Both of these classes are Amateur to Handle Classes.
• For the 2008 Arabian Breeders World Cup the foal sire by the Auction Stallion will be identified when the 2008 Arabian Breeders World Cup Show entries are completed and sent to AHBA before the normal entry date specified in the show premium.
• For the 2009 Arabian Breeders World Cup, the foal sired by the Auction Stallion to be born in 2008 must be nominated by December 31, 2007 (prior to the foal being born in 2008)

Beginning with the 2010 Arabian Breeders World Cup there will be two foals for each AHBA Auction Stallion elibible for the Futurity Yearling Classes. One will be nominated by the successful bidder of the 2007 Auction currently be conducted online and one will be from the owner of the Auction Stallion. These two foal must be nominated before December 31, 2008 (after the 2008 breeding season and before the 2009 foal are born). These same foals will also be eligible to show in the 2011 Arabian Breeders World Cup in the two year old Futurity classes.
